Show and Tell Tuesday: How To Win My Heart!

Well, let me start off by saying, my heart is not up for winning at the moment. It has already been won by Jesus, my man, and my family :)

Yep, totally cheesy and totally true. I love my boys and I love this life that the Lord has provided me. 

That being said... how do you win my heart?? 

Well, to be honest, I really didn't know what to say for this one! So, I turned to my man.

"Babe, what do you think you did to win my heart?"

"Sold you a broken phone".

Yep, folks. That's literally how it happened! Read about it here in case you're curious ;) 

But in all honesty, we started talking about it... 

And he said,

"I wake up with Cole (our puppy) every morning so that you can sleep an extra hour.

I work hard so that you can stay home and take care of Cole.

And I take care of you in every way that I can."

And can I just say... YES. He totally does all of those things! I so totally hit the jackpot with my soulmate... Thanks God!

Y'all, my man works 15 hours a day... overnight. And he still gets up with our puppy every morning, letting me sleep, and spoils me with INCREDIBLE amounts of love when I do finally wake up ;)

But you know what else totally steals my heart? When I watch him doing little things every day. 

I love watching him teach Cole new things with such love and joy in his heart. And I love watching the way he speaks about things that he's really passionate about. And I just love admiring him from afar. 

Have you ever done that with yours? I used to have to pick my man up from work, and I'd get there about 5-10 minutes early everyday just in case he'd get out early. 

And just watching him doing his job and admiring my love from afar was so sweet. It just made me love him so much more. My heart just tugs every time I see him doing something from afar. I just love to admire him! 

But you know what else wins my heart? Have y'all ever heard of love languages??

I've grown up hearing about it from my mama, but we recently just both took the test, and scored the exact same! #SoulsAreTied

We love quality time together and physical touch. 

So that's what steals my heart. I can't wait to hear about you guy's! 

Speaking of, I need to go love on my man. Because he totally just did the dishes for me while I was writing this post :)
