Eggs on Toast: Cheesy Edition!

For as long as I can remember, my mama has made me eggs on toast as a staple meal. And it makes my mouth water just thinking about it! Totally my favorite :)

SO, I had heard about this type of eggs on toast, and I made it for myself today! I would've made it for my man as well, but he really doesn't like to eat breakfast...

I made 2 for myself, but honestly, I couldn't even eat the second one. So you probably only need to make one per person!

Eggs On Toast: Cheesy Edition!

Shopping List
1. Eggs
2. Wheat Bread
3. Butter
4. Shredded Cheese
5. Salt and pepper

Recipe
1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
2. Take your toast and make a dent it in with a spoon. Do not tear the bread. Just push down the middle of the bread to make a little basket for the egg. Make sure your bread is on the baking sheet already!
3. Spread butter on the outside of your bread. So just don't put it in the egg basket.
4. Crack the egg into the egg basket.
5. Line the outer edge of your bread with shredded cheese.
6. Sprinkle on salt and pepper. Throw it in the oven for 10 minutes. I like my egg yolks to be runny. Cook it 12 1/2 minutes for a soft egg yolk, but not quite runny. Cook it 15 minutes to have hard egg yolks.
7. Enjoy!

This was so easy, and I love that if you're making this for a crowd, you can have them all ready at the same time, instead of one at a time!

Hope y'all try this!
