Friday Favorites!

Seriously, y'all. These weeks keep going by faster and faster!

Can I tell you though, I had such a great week! I'm so looking forward to hearing about yours, too!

Let's get started :)

Friday Favorites

ONE

SoCal and I are like soul sistas. I seriously can't get enough of it. If we ever get the chance to move down there, WE'RE TAKIN' IT!

I was in Laguna Beach this weekend (so fun!) and I can't get enough of soakin' up that sunshine and walking on the beach.

That being said, because Laguna Beach is like a second home to me, I would rather our honeymoon not be there. Just because we'd love to go see a new place. SO, we are having a hard time narrowing our choices down.

Anyone have any SUGGESTIONS for this?? We are loving the idea of a Walt Disney World trip, a cruise, touring Australia, or maybe even Spain! But we are kinda lost in a sea of choices. Does anyone have any 2 cents to put into this? :)

TWO

Um, you guys. Have you been watching the new series, Jep and Jessica?  It's based on Jep and Jessica (duh) from Duck Dynasty and their whole adoption process with their new baby, Gus! I've watched the first couple of episodes so far, and it's only made me love them more!

Anyone else love the Duck Dynasty family?! They're just so real. Even though they have so much money and could have such a lavish lifestyle, they're so relatable! Love it!

THREE

Valentine's Day is comin' up, y'all! But you know what? I didn't decorate at all this year! Oops! It was actually because we moved from Hawai'i and got rid of literally every single decoration in our home.

And while shopping around this year, I found nothing that I LOVED or had to have. So, I'm not decorating this year...Wah!

But, that didn't stop me from baking! These little beauties are going to my man's work employees. They said they love my baking and to keep them comin'! I said, ALRIGHTY!

Therefore, we have these red velvet love brownies!

#love

FOUR

This week. I'm tellin' myself. It's happening! I can't put it off any longer! And I want it DONE!

I'll be making our own wreath for our front door! I'm hoping it won't turn out like a total wreck! Eek!

Here's my inspiration! Anyone else have some tips for this? Anything that did or did not work out for these??

Love how big the bow is and how they wrapped the burlap on this one!

Love the big letter. I'm thinkin' well be doing our last initial on it because I love that personal touch!

There's something so clean and inviting in this one. And I love the green!

Okay seriously! The Banner??? How sweet is that??

FIVE

Can I just say... we are so in love with our little boy! He is 13 weeks right now and about 15 pounds!

We still take him into every store with us and everyone all swoons over him! He's a total heart breaker!

His favorites right now are bones, his moose toy, jingle bells, and to sleep with his monkey.

He goes running about 4 times a day with mommy and daddy, and he follows us any and everywhere!
He can be a little stinker at times, but he knows to sit when you snap your finger, how to lay down, roll over, jump up, and shake your hand. He is also crate trained. HOORAY for that one :)

Well, I can't wait to see what y'all have been up to!

  3. We enjoy Duck Dynasty, and I cried the first time I watch Jep and Jessica. You are right, they are so down to earth.
I can't wait to see your wreath. I keep saying I'm going to try it, but I haven't taken the plunge! Have a fabulous Friday!
