Baked Spaghetti and Meatballs
Shopping List
1. 1 package of long spaghetti
3. 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, shredded
4. 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
5. 8 ounces of ground beef
6. 8 ounces of ground pork
7. 1 egg
8. 1/4 cup of panko breadcrumbs
9. 1/4 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
10. 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
11. 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
12. 1/4 teaspoon of ground allspice
13. A little bit of nutmeg
14. Salt and pepper
Recipe
1. Cook your spaghetti according to the package with some salt in the boiling water.
2. Have your spaghetti sauce prepared ahead of time, if possible. It makes this all easier!
3. Make your meatballs by mixing together your ingredients {numbers 5-14}.
4. Form your meatballs and place them into oil over med-high heat. Brown all sides.
5. Drain your spaghetti noodles. Stir in your spaghetti sauce.
6. Put your pasta in a glass baking dish, and put your meatballs on top.
7. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
8. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
9. Take out the dish and sprinkle fresh parsley on top. Serve hot.
