I can't. This was so yummy! Are you ladies ready for this easy recipe that is sure to delight every eater at the table :)
I set this on top of brown rice. I just used the easy 90 second microwave rice. You can just as easily make rice however you like. But with so many amazing flavors, I wouldn't suggest a very flavorful rice. Just use what you got, and what your other mouths to feed will love!
Teriyaki Stir Fry
Shopping List
1. 1 pound of ground turkey
2. 1 red bell pepper, sliced and then cut in half
3. 1 red onion, chopped
4. 1 bag of steamable broccoli
5. 1/2 cup of frozen lima beans
6. Yoshida's teriyaki sauce
7. Rice
Recipe
1. Microwave your broccoli.
2. Over medium high heat, add in your frozen lima beans for about 2 minutes with a drizzle of EVOO.
4. Add in your pound of ground turkey and brown and crumble.
5. When your turkey is browned and crumbled, add in your already cooked broccoli.
6. Throw your rice in the microwave.
7. Drizzle the teriyaki sauce over your veggies and meat in the pan. Reduce the heat to low. DO NOT ALLOW THE SAUCE TO BURN.
8. Stir the sauce in your veggies quickly to allow the sauce to soak in.
9. Plate your rice, and top it with your stir fry.
10. Enjoy!
I seriously LOVED this little recipe. So easy to do, and my person loved this :)
