Hey, y'all! I hope you had an incredible Thanksgiving holiday! We have yet to have our Thanksgiving dinner, but you better believe it will be going down tomorrow :)
I can't wait to share this AWESOME recipe with you ladies. You have no idea how good these are. No idea.... until you make them. Which is why I'm here. You're going to love this. They are moist, they are perfectly baked, they have an amazing flavor... and I literally ate one off the pan. Yep. That's right. It didn't even make it to the plate. That's how good these are. So see for yourself! You can eat these over brown rice or some pasta, or throw them into buns to make a sub! I just dipped them in marinara and ate them by themselves :)
Amazing Turkey Meatballs
(Paired with marinara sauce. Ate 'em just like this and they were perfect)
Shopping List
1. 1 lb. of ground turkey meat
2. 1 egg
3. 3/4 cup of italian breadcrumbs
4. 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce
5. 2 garlic cloves, minced
6. 1 tbs. of dried parsley
7. 1 tbs. of dried basil
8. 1/2 tbs. of italian seasoning
9. A sprinkle of brown sugar
10. Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and prep a baking sheet by spraying with Pam.
2. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. I mixed with a spoon to make sure I did not over mix. Over mixing can make your meatballs tough.
3. Shape 15 meatballs into 2 tablespoons amounts.
(This is before they went in the oven)
4. Bake in the oven for 20-22 minutes. I put the timer on for 20 mins and let them stay in for 22 mins to brown them just a bit. THEY CAME OUT PERFECT. I have never had better meatballs.
(Fresh out of the oven! Yum!)
5. Enjoy!
Please tell me if you make these! I have to know if they come out this good for everyone.
Have an amazing day, ladies!!
