Favorite Hair Products

I'm all about this stuff! I love makeup, and hair, and I sincerely enjoy the the artistry that comes with it. If it made enough for us to survive and live comfortably, I'd be doing makeup and hair for a living. I LOVE IT. It's exactly what my soul longs for! In the lifelong career department, of course ;)

Want to know my favorite hair products? Well, I've conveniently posted it below for you ;) No need to ask any longer. Here it is ladies! Enjoy.

Shampoo
Well, this is where you start with your hair, so I figured this is where I'd start!

I swear by the Biolage Colorlast Shampoo. It's no secret ladies. I highlight my hair about every 3-4 months. I'm naturally very blonde, so it doesn't need too much upkeep. I just like to highlight it for dimension. This shampoo helps keep it vibrant! My man even uses this, just because he likes the smell! (He doesn't dye his hair lol). If I have a lot of product in my hair, I will wash my hair twice, to get it nice and clean, but if not, once is enough. I wash my hair about every 4 days.

Conditioner
I use this conditioner as a hair mask. I only wash my hair every 4 days, so I don't need to restock this quickly. Which is nice, because this stuff is not cheap! But it is so worth it. I have seen dramatic improvement in my hair's elasticity, movement, and moisture since using this product. I swear. It works wonders. And it smells delightful! I use it after shampooing in the shower, and then I will leave it on my hair for at least 10 minutes while I do everything else in the shower. Focus this product  on the ends of your hair and then move it up to your roots.

I use the It's A 10 Miracle Hair Mask.

Leave In Conditioner
I swear by the It's A 10 products in the conditioner department. I spray about 3-4 sprays of this in my hair after it has been thrown up into a towel. I comb it through after spraying it. So soft. And my hair performs so much better with this product in it when I style it, compared to when I don't have anything in it.

I use the It's A 10 Miracle Leave In Product.

Mousse
I don't use mousse every time I do my hair, frankly because I don't need it. I only do this for special events. But the one I love (and use it sparingly) will really give you great volume after you blow dry your hair upside down with it in.

I use the Matrix Vavoom Take Me Higher Root Riser Spray Mousse

Texturizer
I like to use this on a more frequent basis than mousse. And I only use one or the other! This seems to grip at my roots and stay in tact for the 4 days that I don't wash my hair. It's a texture powder that you just pat at the roots of your hair in several different places where you want volume. It's so incredibly easy, is meant to be used on already dry hair, and works really well!

I use the Big Sexy Hair Powder Play Volumizing and Texturizing Powder

Dry Shampoo
I know a lot of people swear by this stuff, and yes, it will help you get through those in between days of not washing your hair! But just be careful not to use too much of it or you will have a dehydrated scalp very quickly!

I use the Bastiste Dry Shampoo

Hair Oil
Have you been hearing all the amazing things about this product?? Well, I'm here to confirm them! This product is amazing! I even use the oil primer on my wet hair before hand and comb it through. I then go on with styling my hair and then take 1 pump of this and finger it through the ends of my hair. Amazing!

I use the Bumble and Bumble Hairdresser's Invisible Oil and Primer

Hair Spray
I recently rediscovered this one. I used to use the Big Sexy Hair Hairspray, but it was a little too crunchy for my hair, because it's so fine. But I absolutely love the Kenra brand. It gives a flexible hold, smells good, and doesn't go too crunchy on me!

I use the Kenra Volume Spray Super Hold Finishing Spray

Manipulator
Yes, this is a hair product! I love to take some of this in between my fingers (a dime amount), warm it up a bit, then sparingly use it throughout my hair to give it texture, without weighing it down. It makes your hair look a bit more undone, but still perfect. You can also take it between your fingers, and then go up into your roots from underneath the hair to really get some volume in there.

I use the Bed Head Manipulator and Kenra Texturizing Taffy

Hair Tools
For curling, I love my Conair Curling Iron 1 1/4 Inch

For straightening, I love the Babyliss Pro Straightener 1 inch

For hair drying, I love the T3 Hair Dryer

Well, I think that about covers it! What do you ladies think? Any products you love that aren't here? Any products you can't wait to try? Let me know in the comments below :)
